ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS

Admissions Package

Copy of child’s birth certificate & immunization records
Copy of most recent term’s report card from previous school (where applicable)
Copy of Cambridge and/or UCE exam results (for Grade 11 applicants)
2 passport size photos of student, 1 for each parent & 1 for next of kin.
Photocopy of National ID OR passport for each parent and next of kin
Fully filled application forms consented to by both parents
An application fee of UGX 50,000/= paid.
